Roll the tone down for warm, vocal John Mayer / B.B. King-style cocked-wah tones, or leave it wide open for SRV-style bite, twang, and presence. The volume stays clear and dynamic even at 1 or 2, letting you tame a cranked tube amp without killing the feel.
